I always save 'bits and pieces' or a single serving of something. They are taking over the freezer so guess what we're having for the next 3 days ;-) My kids are all home for lunch so we should be able to get through this stuff.

potato soup
broccoli soup
minestrone soup
beef&noodles
hamburger casserole
pasta&alfredo sauce
turkey carcass-need to make soup with it
chickpeas (maybe I'll put some in soup)
I'm not sure what else is out there
