This is a terrific idea! I have a couple of days off from work this week (I work at a private school and we are on break but I'm also the kitchen leader for the Lenten fish fry so I'll be doing prep and working that as usual on Thursday and Friday) and while I 'm home I'm going to do more baking:
    I plan on making:

    Mango Bars
    homemade granola
    Irish brown bread
    baked doughnuts
    mixed berry muffins
