With the end of our Lenten Fish fries my 'busy' season at work is at an end and I am concentrating more on cooking at home. Today though we are going out to dinner to celebrate my daughter-in-law's 27th birthday and her dad's 60th birthday! Cooking will begin tomorrow:

Monday 4/18: Spicy Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, steamed green beans w/ garlic-herb seasoning

Tuesday 4/19: Chicken picata, whole wheat fettucine w/ garlic & parmesan cheese, steamed broccoli w/ lemon-herb seasoning

Wednesday 4/20: Asian Grilled Salmon, steamed jasmine rice, mixed Asian veggies

Thursday 4/21: Honey glazed moroccan lamb chops, Lentil and tortellini salad

Friday 4/22: Shrimp Tacos w/ toppings, yellow rice, salad w/ salsa dressing

Saturday 4/23: Beef stroganoff (using leftover strips of roast beef), egg noodles, salad
