Ideas to use these things?
My goal is to avoid the grocery as long as possible. I have quite a bit but this will be more creative if I can tap into everyone's awesome ideas. I have staples, rice/pasta/potatoes and dry milk. I've got frozen veggies along with applesauce, oranges, canned peaches and some frozen berries.

If you do a web search for frittata recipes, you'll get a bunch of ideas for what to make with bits of leftover anything and some eggs. I finally had to try the Ramen Frittata as it sounded so weird. Boy, was I surprised! DH loves it with salsa.
You could also make your own homemade rice a roni mix, either beef or chicken, with rice and spaghetti pieces. I got the recipes from spam! It is better fried than typedspam! If you run out of some ingredients, I'd suggest you do a web search for 'make your own _____'. I have tons of recipes now to make about anything from scratch.

The ground beef and/or patties can become chili, pasta sauce, sloppy joes, meatloaf, or meatballs.
the half pound of cooked chicken I would make into a pot pie with your frozen veg.
Pork roast, cook and shred. Sauce some for bbq sandwiches. Serve some as tacos.
Eggs, cheese and ham make a quiche or omelettes. Would be nice with some vegetables.
Breaded chicken... I'm guessing some kind of boneless patty? Chicken Parmigiana. Chicken sandwiches. Chicken fried chicken with white gravy.
Chop the smoked sausage and add it to a big pot of lentil stew. I like the idea of sausage and potato hash, too.Use it up, Wear it out,

I'd do omlettes/quiche with some of the eggs, cheese and either the sausage or hamburger and/or chop up the patties.
Make risotto with the ham? REally yummy with asparagus, if you've got about 1/2 lb of that and Parmesan cheese.
I'd probably stir fry the onions and whatever other veggies you've got and add the cooked chicken. If you don't have anything, then make gravy, use a mix, or open a jar and serve it on noodles/over mashed potatoes.
I'd use the breaded chicken bits in a casserole of some sort, add carrots, onions, gravy/white sauce, etc.
Roast the pork roast w/lots of garlic and onions, potatoes, celery. Yum! After you've had that and maybe sandwiches, turn the rest into burritos.
If you used the sausage in quiche instead of the hamburgers, you can serve the hamburgers open faced with chili/cheese on top, or make chili with part of the meat, or sloppy joes, or hamburger stroganoff, or maybe just bits of burger in gravy over noodles, mashed or toast?
IHTH!

The plan (which I've already started, LOL)
veggie and fruit will accompany most meals (gr beans, corn, carrots, peas, broccoli, applesauce, peaches, pears, man oranges)
leftover chicken broth and noodles=chicken soup
veggie spaghetti & homemade garlic bread, salad
chicken quesadillas
ham in mach&cheese & veggie
jambalaya (sausage, rice, tomatoes)
scalloped potatoes w/ham
pork roast
bbq sandwiches
pork w/peppers&onions in tortillas
homemade pizza
salisbury steaks, mashed potatoes, carrots
hamburger gravy over biscuits
eggs & potatoes
chili soup
potato soup
breaded chicken, homemade french fries
pasta & veggies w/parmesan and garlic
fried rice
I might be able to eek something else out when I get down to it.Mom to Emma, Spencer, Connor, Lily,Fletcher, Amelia and Adeline.
