Try the site Supercook: recipe search by ingredients you have at home . It lets you put in everything in your fridge and pantry, and then it suggests recipes that you can make with those items. You can also ask it to exclude or highlight items out of those that you list. You only have to enter then all once, it remembers them, so it's quite easy.
I'd probably make some kind of chili with a lot of the stuff in your list! (I love chili at this time of year!)My Brand-New Blog: http://homeingreece.wordpress.com

With the pineapple, make muffins. Use part of the applesauce instead of oil in the muffins. Great for breakfasts or snacks.

Thanks for the ideas. It really helps to have a different pair of eyes look at the ingredients.

Some ideas for you....
baked chicken strips in tomato sauce - serve with pasta
grilled chicken with pasta & tomato sauce
sausage crumbles/browned ground sausage with stuffing mix
soup using ham stock, peas, sweet potatoes, cubed potato, diced cube steak
fill the eggroll wrappers with whipped cauliflower with cheese
make a pizza dough then top with olive oil & drained diced tomatoes with herbs for the 'sauce' - you can blend/puree if desired - then add sliced sausage & cheese
meatballs with a berry sauce in the crockpot serve with spanish rice
fish sticks & baked beans as a meal on its own
pineapple, eggs, applesauce - upside down pineapple cake for dessert
...hope this helps and that you don't think im way off base!
