    It sounds delightful, but Moo has developed the habit of attaching herself to my leg like a barnacle while I am cooking. Might not be the best time to try it.... I will probably pick up a small cheesecake.

    Hey McD - saw this on Rachel Ray the other day and made me think of you with your upcoming beef meal

    Horseradish Sour Cream Sauce
    1c sour cream
    thin w/heavy cream to desired consistency
    2tbsp horseradish
    salt & pepper to taste
    lots of freshly chopped chives

    Stir all together and let set before serving.
