    Default Meal planning help

    I came across this site tonight and I am impressed. It has a meal planning feature that you can set for your individual diet/health needs. It also can create a shopping list for you and store your recipes.

    For example, I need a low cholesterol diet. I can select recipies that fit this criteria or I can get more specific in my choices and exclusions.

    Pretty neat.
