    I hope your dh is ok.

    another thing is that it would be good to rewrite parts of the accountability as it was more specific to the particular group i was with (we all had different plans that we aimed to be 80% on plan with). also, the accountability was never mandatory, but a helpful tool that people used. People would use all, some or none of it in their posts. It's a good starting point.

    i hope that your dh is ok! yes, i'm totally happy to see some things on that intro change as they were more specific to that site. I think the main tool there is accountability... no one has to do it perfectly (or at all, really), but it is a handy tool to have and adapt. :)

    ACCOUNTABILITY everyday to ourselves and our teammates will help each of us to acquire a healthy lifestyle. </font color = darkgreen>

    This Thread is the continuation of the <b>EMOTIONAL EATING OCTOBER 16 2006. We all share such precious life stories<B> HONESTLY</b> and maybe for the first time we found a place where we can be<b> HONEST </b> with our feelings and how we act out with food. But for most of us it is <b>EMOTIONAL EATING </b> that gets us every time. It has many names; <b>COMPULSIVE EATING, RESTRICTING, BINGEING, OUT OF CONTROL EATING,</b> whatever you call it we struggle to get it under control and can't figure out why it is so hard!! Some of us here are dealing with bulimic/anorexic issues but we all find the <b>accountability </b> to others and ourselves a much-needed resource!!!...<b> COMMUNICATION</b> with each other on a daily basis will keep us strong!

    Hi Elphie...

    Here is that thread intro I told you about. I took out the major HTML tags and most of the formatting, but there are still a couple of tags in there. The intro changes slightly over time, so we can do what we want with it. Let me know what you think :)

    I also noticed that there is a social group section to FV that might be a good place for an Emotional Eating group to grab hold

    Sorry, I'm waffling... i have to break up the posts, lol.
