They(I don't remember the company) make a little fleece bag that snaps at the shoulders for baby to sleep in. It is designed so the "covers" don't come off and it was (at the time) approved by the american academy of peds. Its been 7 yrs since my baby was a baby. But that little snuggly helped him to keep warm. BTW, he didn't show any other symptoms of reflux except the crying when we laid him flat. I knew what it was immediately bcs my older son had reflux bad. I really really really hope you get some sleep. Maybe dh could take a night. My dh and I actually took night about until ds was 3 months old.
