Hi Sherry! I believe we've met once before on another paid site. Though I thought you were more on the Iron Range than the Cities. Did you move?

I remember you as swede.

And yes, I was from the Iron Range... in Floodwood for 2 years. But we moved back down to the cities in February of this year. Things just weren't going well for us up there.

Daydream Believer, where on the Range do you hail from? I grew up there, went to school in Aurora (before the days of Mesabi East).

Jeannie, I hope that things change so you do like Rochester more. I have a friend that drives to work there each day.
Katy, I haven't been to the cities in over 2 years...so I enjoy living in a rural area. Around here we always go to the Laura Ingalls Wilder weekends in Walnut Grove and to the park by Jeffers. We love to visit the city celebrations and just started camping this last fall.

Great to hear that there are some more frugal gals around!

Has the cold broke where you are? I have not minded it but it was starting to make people crabby. Altough it only in the north that we would say that 30 degrees is nice outside.
