Whats your rank or your dh's rank...
Just a ??? now not trying to get into the whole officer/enlisted thing. Just wondering.
Dh is a MSG. Right now he is attending the SGM academy at Ft. Bliss TX.
Hopefully he will get promoted right after school. It would be nice since it will be his last promotion.

I left the USN-R as an E-5. (GMG).
If you could kick in the pants the person responsible for your problems, you wouldn't be able to sit for a month.
Did you know that a 4 year student paying $20,000/year who finances their education graduates with over $103,000 in debt to start? But a student who works and pays cash and takes 6 years to graduate ends with $6,300 in their pocket! So much for "getting a head start by financing!"

What is GMG?
~Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.~

DH is enlisted Air Force. I was enlisted full-time Army National Guard (too hard to explain LOL). Thankfully DH is in a small career-field so all the wives-enlisted and officer have get-togethers and hang out.
OP: Good luck on your DH's schooling!Wife to Air Force DH for 7 years.

Oh I've heard of a GM but never a GM, G before.
I left as an e4. My husband is an o2e. He has some very nice bonuses coming up but after actually getting to the fleet we're both thinking of saying 'no thanks' and moving on. It's hard because he'll have 10 in when the time comes and we'd never even considered leaving before.
I have a brother that's some hot stuff Army guy... I think he's an e8 or an e9 and very young for the rank. Every time I talk to my parents they're like "Chad just got promoted! He's getting a huge raise."
I also have an older brother that left the USMC as an e5. My little brother wants to join the Navy now and everyone's trying to talk him out of it.~Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.~
