Default As of December 1, 2009 dh....

is now a Sargent Major. Of course he is in Atlanta till Saturday so I didnt get to see him get pinned. He called someone here and they told him that on Monday we could come in a they would do a mock ceremony so I could see it. Not the same but the thought is nice.
Of course the raise doesnt hit till the 15th but its a biggie and we will need it when dh has to go to Utah in January for at least a yr.

CONGRATULATIONS! That is awesome. Just in time for a rank raise AND the regular pay raise in January! You must be proud.

Congrats on the frocking! (Or whatever the Army calls it when you're promoted but not paid for it yet...)
If you could kick in the pants the person responsible for your problems, you wouldn't be able to sit for a month.

Did you know that a 4 year student paying $20,000/year who finances their education graduates with over $103,000 in debt to start? But a student who works and pays cash and takes 6 years to graduate ends with $6,300 in their pocket! So much for "getting a head start by financing!"
