"Last year’s Military Appreciation Monday was a huge success, honoring over 335,000 veterans and active duty military with a free dinner buffet and beverage. All Golden Corral restaurants nationwide participated in this event and, together with guests, collected a record total of over $808,000 for the Disabled American Veterans organization, which will be used by state and local chapters to assist veterans."
