VA Loans

I don't know if any one out there has a VA Home Loan, but in talking to a lender they have a program available to help do a refinance.

When we refinanced, we did that loan. It was great!

We are going to be able to drop our interest rate from 6.75 to 3.25. We're going from a 30 year mortgage (5 years in) to a 15 year mortgage. Our payment will be approximately the same and our house will be paid off by the time I am 41.

We had to roll over into another 15 yr. They didn't have anything lower. I only need 5. I would like to have had the house paid off by the time I was 41, but, since that is in one month, I guess it won't. The original goal was about 45 and we should hit it.
