Default Need some extra village prayers

I got the news yesterday that one of the guys that is in DH's unit was hit with an IED, and got hurt.  He lost his middle finger, and 1/2 of his ring finger.  They were flying him to Germany to try and save his pinky.  This is the best friend that dh has over there.  It has hit him really hard.  So, if you don't mind throwing some of your prayers his way, I know that he could use it.  I have attached a picture of his truck.  Thank god he was not killed.

How horrible. I'm so glad he wasn't killed. Hoping they can save his pinky.

Prayers go out to your DH for his continued safety, his friend for a successful recovery and to yours & his buddy's family to help you all during this time and over the holidays which are always the hardest.
