    Default update on dh's friend that was hurt in Iraq

    Sorry it has taken so long to update everyone.  Aaron is now back in the states at Walter Reed Hospital in DC.  He did lose all of his middle finger and 1/2 of his ring finger.  He has a forearm full of shrapnel and will have to have multiple surgeries.  He is in very good spirits, and should do very well in his recovery.  He is a very upbeat person, so this will help as well.  Dh is doing better with everything.  Although he is still dealing, he continues to see the Combat Stress people to work out his issues.  Thanks for all the extra prayers and good thoughts.  We are officially under 3 months until dh comes home.

    We are doing well. My son's football team is in the State Championship next week, so we have been very busy with football. They are the defending State Champs so I can't wait for my son to be a part of one too.

    I get to talk and see dh every day on yahoo. He has not been on missions so he is at his home base in Taji. It is a good thing although I get really spoiled getting to talk to him all the time. I will go through major withdrawl when they start to move around to come home. So far, we are all hanging in there. THe kids are real troopers even though I know that it is tough on them with daddy gone. But, we are now under 3 months to go
