Default Ds and ddil are planning this particular vigil, just wanted to share

CANDLELIGHT VIGIL TO MARK SECOND ANNIVERSARY OF IRAQ WAR

Washington, D.C.--People of faith from the Washington, D.C. area will meet
on Saturday, March 19, at 7 p.m. to hold a candlelight vigil at St. Alban's
Episcopal Church to mark the second anniversary of the Iraq War. St. Albans
is located on Wisconsin Avenue in front of the National Cathedral.

WHO: People of faith from the Washington, D.C. area

WHAT: Candlelight vigil to mark the second anniversary of the Iraq War

    WHEN: Saturday, March 19, at 7 p.m

WHERE: St. Albans Episcopal Church, 3001 Wisconsin Avenue NW, Washington, D.C. on the corner of Massachusetts & Wisconsin Avenues NW in front of the National Cathedral

WHY: To honor those who were killed or injured in the Iraq War and to
    advance the imperative for peace.

Since the Iraq War began on March 19, 2003, more than 1,500 U.S. soldiers
and tens of thousands of Iraqis have been killed.

The event will consist of a non-denominational prayer service followed by
the lighting of candles. The vigil is part of a nationwide initiative
sponsored by Sojourners to honor those who were killed or injured in the
Iraq War and to advance the imperative for peace. Similar vigils will be
    held nationwide during this weekend.

They know it will run on Fox 5 news and possibly other news channels as well.

How thoughtful of your DS and DDIL to put together something like this. I think it is a wonderful gesture.

I wish I could attend, even though I'm not a DC resident. I know you're very proud of your ds and ddil. I wish more people were working for peace.
