    So, what is your favorite military type movie of all time?

    (Lack of better things. I'm tired and my brain isn't working properly)

    I would say mine is Pearl Harbor or Basic. Of course the sappy tragic one but Basic is a good action, keeps you guessing one thats still good after you have seen it before.

    Mine has always been: TOP GUN......lived in San Diego when hubby was in the military! enjoyed taking him to work on North Island early in the morning when all the guys were out doing their runs ; )

    Well, I particularly love "Patton", Sands of Iwo Jima (even if the Duke dies in that one), and In Harms Way, Tora, Tora, Tora....ok, I digress. I love old war movies and I also love Saving Private Ryan.
