Get well quick box
While speaking to my friend overseas, I found out he was sick and the supplies of cold medicine over there are extremely limited. (DUH!). Today I am shipping out a box that has chicken soup (with garlic and crushed red pepper to add), Chlorox wipes, hand sanitizer, Vitamin C, Dayquil (he needs meds that wont' cause drowsiness), grapefruit seed extract (supplement I really like), and a new toothbrush. Did you know strep can live on a toothbrush for 15 DAYS?? All sent with instructions. Hopefully, by the time it gets there, he won't need it. But it would have been nice if he would have had it a week ago.

That is sweet of you to send the get well quick box. What a great idea. I did know about the strep. When my DDs have had it the doctor always says to throw away the toothbrushes and get new ones.

AIRBORNE Formula, (It really helps and they can just put the tab into a bottled water, get the orange flavor it tastes like tang.)
