Presidential Motorcade
Even though I'm not a big fan of the president right now, I thought this was very cool. As many of you know, my son is in the Navy and stationed in VA. President Bush was in Jamestown yesterday (Mother's Day) for the 400th year celebration. My son was one of the drivers in the motorcade. He drove a van carrying some of the White House staff members and reporters. In his words....."It was awesome!" LOL!

Things like that are neat. I remember when myfirst usband was in the Air Force stationed at Andrew AFB. Nixion was Pres. My ex was a fireman. Nixion would go out on the tarmat and shake hands with them. They use to complain about Ford he was always late and they would have to stand out there for hours. memorys
