Place the finished candle on the plate, cover the plate in pea gravel..... Place the painted stones on top of the rocks.....

Lori, I have a stupid question where do you find the rocks? I checked Ben Franklin's today and they didn't have any though they aren't very big either.

I just use regular old rocks !!!!!! I made so many that I bought a 50 lb bag of them in the garden center at Walmart...... The little ones are just the pea gravel that is in my walkways in the yard...
I have 20 tons of that ....... LOL It's the same semi smooth river rock that you find in gardens and landscaping....... I make them look like polished stone by spraying with clear coat varnish.... The cheap one from Walmart ....
