    Default Pumpkin Crunch - Delicious!

Combine pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
    Pour into baking pan.
Sprinkle with dry cake mix, evenly.
Top with pecans. (omit if you wish)
    Drizzle melted butter over pecans.
Bake for 50-55 minutes or until golden brown.
    Cool, serve chilled.
Top with whipped topping when serving.

I've never heard of this before and since I have a can of pumpkin and cake mix I'm going to try it. I just made pumpkin rolls so my family should love this.
    Thanks

I've made this before, it was yummy. My problem was I couldn't stay out of it.

I recall it had alot of butter drizzled over the cake mix, but I don't see the quantity listed in your recipe?
