Avocado ice cream
1. Combine avocado, half and half, sugar, lemon zest and lemon juice in a blender.
2. Pour mixture into a 2-quart baking dish.
3. Cover and freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
4. Before serving, let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes. Scoop and serve!
Stores in the freezer in an air tight container for 1 month.

Oh my gosh - I think I've died and gone to heaven! I will definitely be trying this recipe sometime soon - especially since I have all the ingredients on hand
