Monday 6/9 What's on the Agenda???
I wanted to start the thread with some wonderful alliteration but Mopey Monday is what would have worked best for me and that seemed kind of a poor way to start out everyone's day. Me, on the other hand, I'm already there. This weekend drained the energy out and I need to refuel. It's going to be a slow refueling though as I can't take the extra "pure rest" time until this evening, so I'll just go slow and try to enjoy what needs to get done. I'm not in a bad mood, just drained. So here's what my day will probably entail.
~ work
~ pick up the boys
~ dinner of some easy sort
~ clearing out the fridge
~ laundry (at least a load or two)
~ call the bank over my safety deposit box lost key
~ mail the bills
~ plot my grocery runs
~ chat at the Village
~ touch base with mom
~ basic quick swipe of the house when I get home from work
~ keep bouncing DS #1 back to his room until it's clean
~ do some sort of slow excersize
~ hit the library across the street from work and.....
~ veg this evening with a book
What does your day look like???
I'm looking foward to perusing the library, even more than actually reading today. It's something I always do leisurely and gives me a great deal of joy to see all the possibilities. What part of your day are you looking foward to the most.

It's raining. I am getting ready to go bike anyway. May slosh through some puddles. I want to:
* Clean vestibule and entry foyer
* Clean front and back staircases
*Reschedule pool company to clean later in the week
*Hair appointment
Have a great day!

Vacation day for me
I took today as a vacation day, as we held a garage sale this weekend and none of my chores got done!
So today I will:
1. Take care of laundry.
2. Take care of dishes.
3. Make spagetti for supper.
4. Make grocery list.
5. Clean the house.
6. Take care of the 1 bag of stuff I brought back from the sale!
7. Upack back of DH's truck: 1 carseat goes into the attic, 1 box of clothes for a friend, 2 boxes of clothes to be given to charity, 1 table to take care of and 2 tables to return to work.
8. If I have time, file my coupons.
It will be a busy day at home...saving on gas money ($12 per day for work) and on daycare ($50 per day.)Jill

I hear ya about the never-ending cycle of dishes. Ugh.
I am going to try and do a little deep(er) cleaning of the kitchen this week, so I guess I'm starting with that. Gonna start with the window and sliding glass door.
Then we have to go to 'town' (an hour away -ugh, gas $$) and get prescriptions for dh. That may take up most of the afternoon there and back + dh browsing the local TSC, and me picking up a couple of things on my 'walmart is cheaper for this' list.
