    Default Monday 5/11

I hope everyone had a wonderful Mother's Day. I'm getting ready to go to work for the next 12 hours. I'm taking leftover lasagna. I had planned to make meatloaf yesterday. My fiancee had to run into town to activate his new phones and while he was gone he called and said "Didn't you want lasagna for your Mother's Day dinner?" Yup he remebered. He makes the best spaghetti/lasagna sauce I've ever had. When he got home he made my dinner and he even washed up the dishes as he cooked. I'm gonna marry that man real soon.

We had such a busy weekend with Mother's Day and a birthday party!

We spent yesterday doing yard work (DH and the boys bought me flowers for the gardens for Mother's Day), and DH made dinner last night, so that was really nice!

Every bone in my body is aching today, so I plan to take it a little easy! So no gym for me today! But I made it through the weekend of birthday cake and good eats without gaining any weight...so I think I can excuse myself from the gym today!

I'll be getting the boys off to school, then planting the leftover flowers in one bed, that I finished mulching just before dark, then I need to get the new herb garden ready to go.

I hope to get something in the crockpot for a quick dinner tonight, since DH has softball and we'll need to eat quick and early. I don't think I'll go, but I'm sure the boys will want to go!

I also need to get the house cleaned, since it got neglected since we were outside all weekend! So laundry and housecleaning!

Had a great Mother's Day. We picked up the kids from my fil's house (they stayed overnight so we could go to Foxwoods on Sat), and then we met my mil, bil, and my bil's gf for lunch at a local restaurant. Then we went to the zoo where moms were getting in for free :woohoo:

After that we came home and had birthday cake & ice cream and just vegged.

Today I need to catch up on housework & unpack our stuff from the weekend. I'd like to work on sewing a pair of jammies for Lauren and finish her quilt. We'll see how that goes

Not sure what I'll be making for dinner. I'll need to pull some frozen meat out of the freezer.

    Have a great day everyone

Had a wonderful Mothers Day. Went to church twice, had lunch with my in-laws and then visited my mother for a while.
Today I plan on doing housework, trying to do some ironing, bake bread and a pound cake, and try to catch up on my Beth Moore Bible study before tonights secession. Busy day but that's ok.
Hope everyone else has a great day.

It was a beautiful Mother's day... my boys got me a couple hanging baskets....(in purple)~my favorite color~!

It was a nice day, so we decided to go out for dinner at a local diner-type place in the eveningso we could enjoy the day outside. There were 10 of us with his brothers, mother, my dad and rest of our family. It was a good. Lowcost and local. ~My Favorite~!

Dinner tonight is going to be homemade beef vegetable soup with quick bread. I found a new recipe for cheesy pepper bread, so that's what I'm trying.

It was warm and sunny here today.I did the morning things, did my workout and washed some clothes. We are having community wide cleanup day tomorrow and my neighbor gave me a vintage metal glider, a huge birdfeeder and some fencing. Someone hauled off an old ladder we threw out and a trellis. I also took my husbands car to be serviced.Spent some time packing for our trip and doing some last minute cleaning.Went with a friend to the gym to do weights, didn't have time to swim. Hope you had a fine day!

I had work, then I took Julia to tennis lessons that are being run through the rec program in town. We ran home, ate quickly, and then went to Matthew's nursery school concert. My new avatar is Matty up on the stage smiling at us.
