Entertaining my mama while she's visiting... Throwing away EVERYTHING lol..

Taking pics of the cookbooks and disney snow globes, I'm selling.

Good Morning! My busy season is starting at work, so I was here early this morning. Brought some bread to make toast and peanut butter for breakfast. Going home for lunch to let the dogs out, will have some leftover pizza while there, then back to work. Will bake chicken for dinner. Have to do some laundry and vacuuming, the dogs are shedding, yuck. I might try to squeeze in some outdoor brushing for them as well. OK, off to de-fur my pants! Have a great day!

Got everyone up here. Usually DSs get to slep a little longer but I am running a training class this morning so they have to eat and get dressed before they take over watching the grands.
House wise I need to set up the week's to do list. Only one day off this week so I will try to move some of the nonessentail cleaning to next week (baseboards and light fixtures etc).

I'm off from work today and the kids don't have school so that's a plus. The minus is that large chunks of my day are already set... and were done so by other people's schedule. I don't mind doing things for other's but I don't like haveing my day set by thier schedule when I'm doing something for them.

Ok I vented now on I can move on to the more positive. I'm hoping to:

~ finish getting through my kids clothes closets this morning and through some more closets or drawers in my fall cleaning

~ go jogging (I am having an internal arguement with myself as I type. I really need to go jogging as I haven't been in days and I really don't want to go.)

    ~ mend something

    ~ cook dinner

~ inventory the Christmas wrapping paper, ribbon, and decorations

~ clear an area in my bedroom for a table to do wrapping and scrap booking on

    ~ get to ALDIs

I hope everyone has a good day!

Well I haven't done as much as I should have when you consider that it is already 2.20 pm here.
However I have already prepared my English lesson for tomorrow and done the evaluation from last week (should have done it last week).
    Done a load of ironing
    Had a shower
    Tidied up a bit
Talked with a lady who wants me to come and teach English at her school - this would be good since another school who first wanted me for the entire year (2 afternoons pr week) has discovered that they can't afford me. This would fill a gap very nicely.

    Still to do today -
    - get to a nearby store - great special offer on chicken fillet
    - make dinner
    - get some clothes' repairs done
    - make dinner
    - *maybe* watch a field hockey game if the weather clears up
    - hang a load of laundry

    Have a great today and
    *Avril*

May - no spend days 8/15
May - hanging laundry loads 3
May - no eat out 13/15
    May - baking 1/1

Rebecca, I love your hair it's so cute on you!! I got a good nights sleep and I'm drinking my coffee at the moment. I have several loads of laundry to do. I laid a beef roast out for dinner. Hubby will be sleeping most of the day since he is back to night driving this week so I can't do anything loud like vacuum or crank the stereo while I go to town on the house.: All in all a pretty boring day here. I guess I'll get some reading in.

Going on a family vacation starting this Friday afternoon. I did not want to take unpaid time for the Friday ( only had enough for one week of vay-k) so I came in an hour early today. Packing tonight- snacks for the long drive. DS (6 months) is mostly packed now it is time for my stuff.
Thinking about making Sloppy Joes for dinner tonight- putting out the scarecrows I got @ Wal Mart- Taking DS for a walk... Cleaning the kitchen... Making a list of what I still get to get people for Christmas... oh I already have a headache! Have a great day all!

Oh yes- brought breakfast and lunch to work- no eating out for me!

Good afternoon. I worked this morning and did grocery shopping after work. Now I need to do laundry, get a food donation bag together, wrap some Christmas presents, wrap a gift for a friend who is graduating from the police academy, shred documents, make menus for this week, get a box ready for troops overseas. I know I'll think of more later. Have a good afternoon and evening.

Mondays are always grocery day. I did manage to only spend $1.50 at AC Moore. Love their coupons.

Came home after shopping and made a great lunch. Then did dishes, caught up on soap. Missed doctors appointment so rescheduled. Needed some cardboard so took apart a picture frame and will be using the cardboard from that.

Just need to get everything ready for tomorrow morning.

This was a quiet but exhausting day at work. But I did manage to:

~ Send FIL to grocery store with coupons and list...he won't buy what's not on the list
~everyone ate from home today, except DH and SS who are going to CHOP for SS's MRIs in anticipation of his 3 month oncology check up. DH and I talked, they'll get hamburgers at McD's after....SS is too nervous to eat before.
~filled out DS's book order (he used his allowance)
    ~started working on ornament mittens

And now to just sit back and enjoy MNF tonight.
