Happy birthday to your son!! Today will be a busy one for me, as well. After I get the kids off to school this morning, I am off to town for groceries and to get the oil changed in my Explorer. It is WAY past due, oops! Then it's back home for a bit to clean up and do a little laundry. At 1:30, I volunteered to help the gym teacher work with the junior high students on teaching CPR and first aid. So I'll do that until school is out at 3:30. Then it's back home to homework, supper, and more laundry.

I'm looking forward to a hopefully pleasant Monday that is productive, as well! Have a great one, all!

Well it's a rainy "miserable" Monday here...lol! Sent my poor hubby off to work in down mood and no lunch. I didn't feel well yesterday, so slept and never made it out to shop So he'll be buying lunch instead of his usual brown bag. Mondays are my busiest, and the one day I commit to certain chores.

    Deep clean bathrooms

Deep clean kitchen. Lift stove top, get into the corners of the floor, and wipe cabinets.

The weather today, makes me want to make something nice and warm. I have to decide and pull something out (like right now). I'm sure hubby will appreciate it too

Otherwise, the usual bed making sweeping, etc.

Tonight I hope to get some food shopping done.

    Happy Monday everyone!!

I need to get a few more loads of laundry done today and then, I think I'll pay some bills. We're having maple-dijon chicken in the crockpot today, so I have to prepare that this morning.

I'm also sending some gluten free home baked hot dog buns to DS11's school to help out with his bread affliction he's been having at school.

I pretty much did everything yesterday, so Mondays are a bit of a lazy day.

Still deciding how lazy to be today, lol. The house looks like a tornado hit it since I worked two 12 hr shifts this weekend and everyone else was here to fend for themselves. Being pregnant, I feel like a tornado hit ME after working those hours, so I need to catch up on some rest too. Thank goodness ds has preschool today. Will have to do some dishes and laundry, not too much more than that planned.

    Default Monday, 1/25

Good Morning, everybody. It's still pouring rain, a good day to stay home.
Just dropped off relative to the airport. It has been a long time since I got up at 3 am; I'm sure I'll be very tire later this evening. Today is my last day of stay-cation, so I've a few things I need to do:
    1. Vacumn pack all the dumplings (frozen hard by now).
    2. Clean/reorganize 3 kitchen shelves (didn't do it the other day)
    3. Lunch is leftover
    4. Made extra last night, so dinner is all set.
    5. Tidy/Hang up my pile of clothes (yep, been lazy)
    6. Guest had left the guest room pretty neat & tidy, so I only need to straighten it a bit.
    7. Plan the next 4 days dinner menu & bag lunches
    8. Work on budget & grocery list for the next 2 weeks.

    Have a wonderful day.

Went grocery shopping and only spent $16.00 for the week.
Still need to exercise since I can't go outside.
    Sweep and mop floors
    Finish knitting baby booties
It is a cold and rainy day to day so maybe even take a nap!

Need to help bf look for a new apt, help my dad with some paperwork and wait for my friend to pop by and pick up some taco soup I made yesterday and a computer monitor that she loaned me.

Will have to think of something for dinner and get that ball rolling too.

Just got back from DGS's doc apt. Shots on top of teething - joy. Need to iron clothes, clean the kitchen, and handle the rebate paperwork for the furnace. Dinner will be chicken and rice soup.

Washing our bedding and sticking it back on the bed, slooooowly. With the flannel sheets, and heavy blankets and quilts, it takes forever!! Not exactly dryer-frugal.

Have done my FLYlady house blessing--(dusting, vacuuming, and mopping through the major areas of the house).

Did a quick bathroom wipedown and mopping too.

Will do some knitting tonight and then crash.

    I love visuals....

Got prescriptions refilled. Transferred one and got a $10 gift card.

I will make some banana bread from the rotting bananas on the counter. Will freeze the unused bananas.

That's about it for me today.

I worked this morning. When I got home I had lunch, washed dished, changed bed linens, started laundry, ironed, exercised, read emails and now I need to get dinner started. Have a great evening everyone.
