    Default Miserly Monday-March 1st

Wow, where did February go? And now we're on to another month of kicking debt's butt! YEAH!

Don't know why I'm overly excited this morning. This is normally my day to myself and to get stuff done around the house, but youngest dd came into my room this morning. She had gotten sick all over her floor, so it looks like I'll not only have company today, but an extra room to clean!

SO... today I need to do lots of laundry, clean bedrooms, and mop. If I have time, I'm going to start on my taxes. I've put it off too long!

    Have a great day!

I am going to start planning what I am going to plant in my containers, empty the dishwasher, and hang out with my mama who is visiting.

I've been in an organizing mood the past few days, I think that Spring Fever has already set in for me...

So today I'll be finishing up my monthly menu and starting on cleaning/purging my bedroom closet.

Ooo & of course a load of

Today is FINALLY dentist day!!! I broke a tooth last Tuesday ,and have been working every day since, so this afternoon I am going to get it repaired or removed. I've probably consumed my lifetime limit of Ibuprofen in the last six days. (The good news is, our local ice cream place re-opens for spring tomorrow, so I plan a big chocolate shake to make it feel better!)
Stir-fried some boneless chicken to use in salads later in the week.
    Kids have 4H
It's DH's 57th birthday, and they are all going to the Mexican restaurant - I plan to be home in bed as this toothache has kept me awake the last few nights. Mr. Carney is pretty understanding, I'll make it up to him!
Need to stop and make arrangements to have the utilities transferred to us when we move into the new place later in the month.
Olympics are over, so I will try and get caught up on my reading. Our church is halfway through a 'read the Bible in 90 days' challenge, and I'm two days behind - couldn't concentrate because of the pain.
    Have a great day, Villagers!!

    Today is laundry day.

The census woman showed up today. Poor woman went through hell trying to find her way back here. We tried to tell her we are actually Ohio people, but she wasn't taking no for an answer. LOL! She wanted to know why we didn't have an address. We told her they haven't given us one yet. We are Mr. and Mrs.______, _____Rd. No house #. But we have a PO box, in town.

I guess we're going to have to fill out both Ohio and Michigan forms. Bummer.

Have been in such a poopy, lazy, layabout mood. I know when we go home in two weeks, our parents are going to have us run ragged. So....I'm being uber-lazy while I can.

Emailed my brother today and told him Happy Birthday. He's 33 and I'm 55. LOL!

Late getting around to posting. DS2 got his job (had 2nd interview this morning). That means both boys are working now. That is such a awesome thing. I got the linens washed, the kitchen and laundry room cleaned and the old plants pulled so I can reuse the dirt for plants this year. Dinner will be baked chicken, mixed veg and mashed potatoes.

It took the dentist AN HOUR AND A HALF to get my tooth pulled, and when he finally got it out, he sat there looking at it for the longest time, muttering "interesting, really interesting..."
I am worn out and really hungry, but my tongue is still numb and I can't swallow properly yet. Ready for this day to be OVER!!!

I worked 8 hours and then headed to the library. I picked up another 4 books to read. Today is DD's birthday and I need to call her.
My baby girl is 27yrs. old. I still have to peel potatoes for dinner , then wash dishes, do some reading and go to bed and hope I sleep better than I did last night.
