Miserly Monday 12/12/2011
All meals will be at home today, shouldn't have any reason at all to spend money, and hoping to have a quiet evening at home after work. Just gotta make it to 6 pm! May run a load of darks and enjoy some free holiday music online or watch a little TV in my free time.

Gonna clean house and catch up with laundry. Write out Christmas cards today.Then me time mani, pedi, and brows. while watching tv. This evening start on gift wrapping. Supper will be chicken casserole. Hopefully a frugal day.

Went grocery stopping today. Still need to make the falafal mix tonight for tomorrow. Can't wait, hope the recipe works.
Spent a bunch of money on a six pound package of ground meat. This way I can cook up some meat balls and divide some of the meat up for hamburgers or meatloaf. The price per pound was cheaper than the smaller packages.
Went to CVS and picked up some things. Am now officially done x-mas shopping. Picked up some holiday bags. Now just need to wrap and put in bags.

Sounds like a lot of good work getting done! I'm taking a small rest before I start on folding clothes and dinner -- work was something else today. DH washed 3 loads for me before he left for work so that was a great help and head start.
