    Default Messy Monday

Weather wise that is. We got a couple of inches of snow overnight and right now it's 25 with light snow. We are supposed to get another 2-5 inches today and then another 3-6 inches starting some time tonight.

Busy day here to day. I have a ton of errands to run (been putting them off due to the frigid temps).

    Need to go to:
    *Walmart
    *Target
    *Walgreens
    *Goodwill
    *Aldi
    *Jewel (local grocery store)

After all that I'm going to be ready for a nap! LOL!

Hope everyone has a good day

I have 3 kids off to school. My dh left for work but called a few minutes ago he is on the way because he doesn't feel well. So I guess I will be spending my day listening to a sick man whine. My 2 year old is still sleeping so for now I am enjoying the quiet in the house. Nothing planned today, need to do some cleaning up in kids play room and figure out what is for dinner.

Woke at 5am to rain this morning
Pushed DH out the door at 6am it was an odd 71 already.Almost a spring morning.
    Made the bed
    Got dressed
    Fed furbags
Started packing Feb. Swap box and discovered "Oh, My God!" I still hadn't sent off box to Tracy! SO very sorry! Just goes to show you what a mess my office is. Too many boxes!
So goal today is to finish packing up several boxes in mid-stage and mail them off.
Must also stop while out at bank, drugstore and salvage grocery. Hate the thought of going out in the rain as everyone seems to forget how to drive when it rains.
Supper tonight will be pork chops in salsa with yellow rice, black beans and tossed salad.

    Good morning
The snow has finally ended! We got a slight dusting overnight and it's done.
At least until that nor'easter gets here on Wednesday

The kids are all off to school. I have class this morning. An accounting exam at 10am. Yikes!!

When I get back I need to work out and call the vet to get an appt for the kitties...they need vaccs. Lovely dh did ALL the laundry this weekend so all I have to do for chores is load & run the dishwasher, sweep & mop the kitchen and wash the bathroom rugs.

Good morning! We are suppose to have 70% chance for rain.

I called in this morning so they will get me a substitute. DS#2 and DS#3 are both sick. DS#1 has the stomach virus. If he can not hold anything down this morning, I will be calling the doctor. DS#3 is wheezing and coughing. I guess his asthma is flaring up. Plus he has the stomach bug. I can treat the asthma at home unless it gets worse. I wil be monitoring him today as well. So, today is starting out BLAH! I called DH, who is in Alabama, and asked if he could come home to take care of the boys. HA! He said he wishes he could be right there. I think he is going to change his flight from Saturday to Friday night. One day is just one day closer!

I guess for today since my plans are changed, I will do some house work. I should be at work right now taking care of my other children. I will also take some of the day to study for my government exam. I have to take it tomorrow. I will also finish reading my British Literature assignment.

I hope everyone has a great day!!

well i just got home from the grocery store, we are expecting 10-12 inches of snow tonight. so i'm sure i will be snowbound with all the kids home from school. ft wayne hasn't had this much snow in a long time, so i'm sure the city won't know how to act. its supposed to start tonight & end by wednesday morning. so i will have plenty of time to get house work done, plus i'm getting 2 new foster kids around dinnertime tonight. have a good day everybody!!

Today I'm trying to play catch-up...

    So far:
*Two loads of laundry in the dryers
    *Put dishes in th dishwasher
    *Washed bottles by hand
    *Showered and ate breakfast

I've been going through my piles on my desk and my email box, ruthlessly tossing things and trying to do what I can (you know the stuff that you're going to get to later?). I've already tossed flyers for a few classes and book groups I want to go to but would conflict with other commitments, and signed up for a few things and wrote them on the calendar so I could get them out of my piles. I've ripped out a few recipes from magazines and tossed the magazine. Woo-hoo!

I'm hoping to make an errand run today:
*Hit up Bath & Body Works - I have two free item coupons, I want to get the items and sell them on eBay
*Stop by my father's shop and use his copier - I have an item I want to send back for warantee action because it broke, and I need a copy of the receipt
*Go to the post office and mail said item

I also need to do some more laundry - they're changing the laundry card system in my building so I can only use this card through Wednesday, and I have two loads left on it.

Well just a bit cloudy and maybe a few rain showers, should be around 50 degrees today.

Fighting a bad head cold all weekend, weird I always get sick on a friday..just in time for my weekend. Hubby was really sweet and took care of me, making sure I had juice and fixing me food. He was really a sweetheart, and he told me..."you always do it for me", I almost cryed.

Today: I have washed and put away 2 loads of laundry
    straightened up a bit

    Going to work from 11-4

Try to just take it easy for another day and go to bed early, Just keep up on the laundry and the rest can wait till I'm better.

It was just drizzling enough to mess up the windshield on the way to work. Supposed to become heavier rain changing over to sleet/snow this evening.
    Today I need to:
    - meet with kids' advisors at school to go over next year's class schedules
    - hang up dark clothes I threw in the wash this morning
    - put up the clothes I folded this morning
    - Iron shirts and my outfit for tomorrow
    - Read chapters 10 & 11 for psych class
    - locate the articles I need for the paper due this week
    - Sweep porches (they are apartment balconies so they won't get any rain )
    - make dirty rice and oven-fried zuchhini for dinner
Nana to Logan, Ryver, Robbie, Grant and Dennis
    Baby Step 1: Done
Baby Step 2: $8350 to go

    Hello all!,
Whew, what a busy day it's been, had to run errands all day but figured I better get it taken care of as it is supposed to freeze rain this evening! YUCKO!Cancelled a dental appointment as it was out of town, didn't want to be caught in it.I'm home just in time to make supper, clean up and watch Wife Swap tonight. One of the mothers is from a small town here in Missouri about 45 minutes from our house. She was a nurse at the hospital I worked for.
    Enjoy your evening!
