Good Morning!
Well, we were finally blessed with rain yesterday afternoon and last night, YAY! Predicting we will get more today, tonight and tomarrow as well.
DH is off this week and 5 yr. old DGS is staying with us so he and papa can go camping and fishing. Looks they will have to wait till the latter part of the week for that. Still need to make breakfast (everyone is sleeping in this morning), feed critters and pick garden when sprinkles stop, wash clothes, clean bathrooms, call and set up some doctor's appointments for myself, fix lunch, cook supper and enjoy the much cooler temps the rain has brought us.
Ya'll have a good one!

I have to go into work today
Last day, don't wanna go.
After work I have to stop over at the college & drop off some paperwork. Other than that, cleaning up, chasing children, and laundry. It's definitely a Monday.
I think later tonight we are going up to the park for the symphony & fireworks.

Today, I will sit home and wait on the appliance repairman. My washer went out and then the next day my fridge went out.
I am hoping that the cost won't be too much - $100 just to come out.
Then
Go to the PO to mail eBay stuff
Take DS to get his driver's license
Go to the insurance company to give them DS's paperwork
Go buy DS some new shorts
PS. - I will be broke after today.

Today - everything is closed here for the Canada Day holiday. I think the law was recently changed to state that should the actual day of July 1st fall on a weekend, business' must stay open with regular hours (or limited?) and then close on the Monday. Yesterday I thought everything was going to be closed so I couldnt run errands etc so I planned other non errandish activities. Now Im a lil bit stranded but its ok - its making me be creative, productive and extra frugal
Today's adventures include:
* one load of laundry & hang to dry
* re-work budget and divy up this week's pay
* wash truck
* try to purge at least one garbage bag of clothes
* burn pics to a disc and prepare to mail
* clear off computer desk
* 15-20 mins on Gazelle
* RELAX & REST sore body

This is an intentional stay-at-home day for us... I feel like all we've done for the last week is run around every day.
I'm planning to pull a bunch of files off our old computer and burn them to CDs, write thank-you notes from DS's birthday, do some cleaning, etc.

Today we head out to North Carolina to see our DS#1. Along the way we have a few stops planned to visit DH's relatives.
I have to take the fur babies to my MIL's house. She is going to watch them while we are gone.
DH has to work for a little while today, so while he at work I am going to take the truck to get the oil changed. I am waiting for DS#2 to get back form working out at the school so I can go switch vehicles with DH. DS#2's car still has flats. We are going to buy new ones when we get back.
I also have a load of laundry to wash before we leave. I want everything to be done before we leave. I hate coming home to a dirty house.~*Michelle*~

DD and I are still feeling under the weather with this allergy/sinus thing that has had a hold of us since Friday. We are going to take it easy for one more day before going back to the doct. They said it would take 4-5 days to shake.
I'm going to work a little in our family room. DH and I changed it from being a playroom only space to more of a family home office. We'll see how long it can stay decluttered.
Have a great day all!!

We are not going to do too much today. I have a slight sore throat and headache so I think I am going to just rest.
DH will need to take DS to batting practice this evening. DD is spending the day with my mom and if she gets back in time he can take her, too.
We will probably drop them off at the gaming center tonight for a couple of hours. They worked hard yesterday cleaning out the storage room and deserve a treat. They filled 5 large (the really big yard size)garbage bags and 4 large kitchen size garbage bags full of clothes they no longer wanted or did not fit. Took those and donated them to the children's home.
After he gets home from work, DH will drop off another box of clothes at DS's friend's house. He and his older brother are much smaller than DS and we give them the nicer things DS outgrows.
Going to leave dinner up to DS.DD (19)
DS (16)
