What are you doing on this Muddy Monday?

It is really nasty out today, puring with rain and melting all the snow into muddy slush. Here in Canada it is a new statuatory holdiay so we all have the day off (Family Day.)

This morning I have:

Done 5 loads of laundry
Mopped the entire house
Finished cleaning DD7's room for her
Started thawing out the chicken for supper
Removed everything from the kitchen countertops and cleaned them
Cleaned and vaccuumed the living room
Set up a homework basket

I still have to put some laundry away, actually cook the chicken I took out, and then just chill out with my kiddos.

I'm still in my jammies cause I am not going ANYWHERE in this nasty weather!

What are you all up to?

We will be going to Chuck E Cheese, then I'll do laundry, ds will do homework, I'll then so Monday chores:dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, bathroom, mudroom.

I have my 3 kids and my 2 nephews since there is no school today. Not too much will be happening since I have to play damage controller with the kids.

So far I have done 2 loads of laundry (3 more to go)
loaded dishwasher
cleaned up snow clothes that were a mess in the basement
cleaned up from ds birthday yesterday

still need to decide what's for dinner- not sure what sounds good from my list
make grocery list
put laundry away
clean master closet so I can actually walk in my walk in

I have today off from work

. I slept in, I checked my email, called my mom, I'm hanging out on Frugal Village for a few hours with my toast and tea. Then I need to finish organizing my desk drawers. I made a HUGE dent yesterday and I will finish up today

I need to clean the kitty litter, bathroom and vaccuum/sweep the floors

Tonight we will have pasta, sauce, and meatballs and I will prepare a casserole to be baked Tuesday evening for dinner

I don't plan on going anywhere today either! I'm going to hang out in my pajamas for a few hours

Yds is on a two hour delay for school so he just left about half hour ago. Dh is off work so my scedule is all screwed up. Just cleaning and puttering around today

You guys have been busy, geezie peezie!! It is ugly here also, and I am off work for President's Day. Today is DD#1 21st birthday, so I am baking her birthday cake, making sugar cookies, and baking lasanga and french bread for this evening after she is done with work.
Need to wrap present
Finish washing doing laundry

It is sunny here today, but with 6 inches of new snow and I am not going to venture out until late this evening.
Today I need to:
Clean both bathrooms (done)
Put away dinner dishes and wash breakfast dishes
Put away clean laundry
Start dinner - Spaghetti in the crockpot
Work on research proposal (I am a work at home graduate student)
Start sewing curtains for the bedroom
Maybe make bread to go with dinner.

WOW ladies.....I am tired from just reading all you have already done!! It is a nice day here with a high expected in the 60's and the kids also have school (no Presidents Day holiday). I haven't done much compared to you but:

1. got Lexi up and off to school
2. folded a load of sheets
3. unloaded dishwasher and cleaned out old "leftovers" from fridge and washed the containers they were in
4. now I am at work for my 3 hours
5. when I get off work, and home, I will continue ironing, hanging and marking outgrown clothes (Lexi's) for a large childrens consignment sale (clothes to be dropped off on March 3).
6. tonight my dd has ballet
7. not sure yet what we are having for dinner

I have the day off so I'm trying to catch up on stuff. I've done 4 hours of schoolwork (lesson plans, etc.) and that's about all. I've still got to do laundry and some light housekeeping. By about 8 tonight I'll probably go to bed since I woke up at 5:15 and couldn't go back to sleep so I've been up for hours and hours.

I'm still in my jammies and robe, LOL...

So far I've done dishes
Checked the pantry inventory and made grocery list
took out meat to thaw for dinner

To do:
finish up some laundry
clean kitchen
maybe finally open kitchen aid mixer and see if I can make something fun with it

It is beautiful here... Early spring weather.
I'm getting bills paid and cleaning caught up.
Hopefully be able to start the taxes this afternoon.

Family Day here too
Dh took the boys ice fishing after thawing out a pigeon that got stuck to the telephone line last night lol Once it thawed out it flew away
I have emptied dishwasher
Done 2 loads laundry
Vacumed\
Once the boys get back make lunch and play for a bit

No work for Presidents Day, but I have to clean the ENTIRE house, we have company coming into town tomorrow. Will someone reach through their computer and give me a swift kick in the butt please? I am definitely lacking motivation today.
