Default Mwahahaha Monday, what's going on?

It's a dreary last day of March here with freezing rain, snow & rain predicted. Hey where is Spring?
Since it's so nasty I'll be making a big pot of split Pea Soup & some cornbread for dinner. I've got most of my housework done and veggies already cut up for the soup so I'm ahead of the game. Love it when I can get things done early. I think I'll change and wash the sheets from the bed & the towels today. That's about it for excitment.

Have a laugh packed day all! Mwahahaha

Hey, tomorrow is April Fools Day, any pranksters out there & what do you have planned?

Happy Monday! I hope to get house straightened up since I slacked this weekend ( wasnt feeling well ) and maybe cook some meals ahead for week.

Tomorrow for april fools day I will do something to trick my kids. Not sure what. I am looking up somethings on line. I usually make it a good one! And of course I will call my mom and tell her I am pregnant like I do every year, and she falls for it. I did buy some fake lottery tickets for a friend...she plays all time and never wins...so cant wait to see her face!!!

It's raining to beat the band here, with thunder!!! I love thunderstorms and it feels so Spring like when it's raining. Hopefully with the temps being what they are we won't have to worry about freezing rain or snow X the (X) is me keeping my fingers crossed .

I have a little laundry to do and a few dishes, but other than that the house is good to go...at least good enough for me. Tomorrow, April 1st is my dad's 70th birthday!!! He's in Florida still, so I sent him out a card & some birthday money last week...it should get there tomorrow, hopefully! He was going to come back up so he could be here for his birthday, but with our temps/weather being what it has been I told him to stay down there until it started warming up. At his age I don't think sleeping in a motorhome, in Michigan, in the cold would do him any good at all...and I don't need him getting sick.

    Have a great Monday everybody!!!

Today so far I have cleaned the entire downstairs
Left the dogs out numerous times..lol
    Watered the plants
    Did the dishes
Put the wash away from yesterday

Still need to make lunch, take a shower, go to CVS for sale items that are free after extra bucks and then head to work.

We are having a nice spring thundershower here today as well. I just put my three plants that I wintered indoors over the winter outside for some rainwater and lightning. That will help them thrive! Dh has gone for his accupuncture and dd is in school so I have the house all to myself today. I am doing laundry, cleaning and planning the menu/grocery list for the week. it is my grandson's 1 year birthday party this coming Sunday, so I am planning on three nice sides to make to go with the bbq pulled pork that his aunt Tracie is bringing. Everyone have a nice day Lynn

I am not too busy today. Made pasta yesterday for dinner today. Um, laundry needs taking care of. Dishes are done. And really that's about it.

Overcast here, but mild, with rain predicted for tonight (hopefully after Cardinal's home opener!). I went out this morning and took pictures of my daffodils in the woods. I'm cleaning the basement today and also have an appointment for a massage! Whoooo Hoooooo!

Suppose to have a thunderstorm today.

I'm working on and off today, oldest is on spring break this week so we're not going anywhere today.

I have to clean out the fridge, make a shopping list, wash blankets, and clean the car out

It is overcast here with showers off and on. Have been going thru the spring summer clothing. Will be washing extra loads this week. Will start storing winter clothes today also. Always a challenge this time of year to figure out what to keep out and what to pack.

Pretty lazy day here. Have two appointments later on and then will finish the day with water exercise.

    Everyone have a great day!

Happy Monday everyone! Today wont be that busy... I am currently at my grandmothers house keeping her company and will be here for another 1/2 hour, after that I go home and take care of the house (i.e. make bed, clean floors (sweep/mop)), let the doggies out, etc...

Then pick up my DD from school at 4 today since she's staying after for extra help, then back home to start dinner and then watch a movie with DD after she's done with her homework

Not too much planned for today. I'm lacking some energy, I just feel like my get up and go, got up and went!! Anyway, I have laundry going, and I need to shower & load the dishwasher. I also have a quick errand to run for Brian, but it's a local errand, so it shouldn't take me more than 20-30 minutes tops. I'm vowing that April will be a better money month for us. I just need to keep myself together, and not go over board with the spending! Need/want to save, save, save!!

It is kind of a dark and dreary day here. At least it is raining and not snowing. I have had my fill of snow for the year.
    Today I have already:
    >>paid the monthly bills
    >>started dinner in the crockpot
    >>started laundry

    I still need to
    <<finish laundry,
<<run the rent check down to rental office,
    <<menu plan for April
    <<write a few emails
<<spend some time reading my Bible.

I am also waiting for the maintenance man to return and fix my cabinet. It has been broken for more than 2 months and I am ready for it to be fixed.

It is yucky here today as well....wet snow( AGGH-will this winter never end?!?)
I did all of my household chores this morning so I could settle in and watch the Yankee's opener, but alas it is raining there too
