Combine the dry ingredients and fill a medium sized, clear plastic bag with the mixture and shake chicken pieces, 1 or 2 at a time. This will coat 2-1/2 pounds bone-in or 2 pounds moistened, boneless skinless chicken treast halves. Bake at 400 dedgrees F. in an ungreased or roil-lined baking pan until cooked through. For bone-in allow 45 minutes, boneless: 20 minutes. Do not cover or turn meat during baking. Can also be used with fish fillets.
