To prepare:

~2 tbsp butter
~1 pkg Chicken rice mix
~3 cups water

~In a heavy bottomed sauce pan, heat butter; add rice mix.
~Saute rice mix until golden brown.
~Add water and seasonings; stir.
~Bring to a boil; cover.
~Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or until done.
~Fluff and serve.
