Fudge Brownie Mix
~2 cups sugar
~1/2 tsp salt
~1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
~1 1/4 AP flour
~Measure dry ingredients into bowl and mix well with whisk.
~Pour into a zip top bag or glass jar and seal.
~Store in a dry place until ready to prepare.
To Prepare:
~1 cup melted butter/margarine (2 sticks)- OR
1/2 cup melted butter and 1/4-1/2 cup canola oil
~3 large eggs-well beaten
~2 tsp vanilla
~1/2 cup peanut butter -OPTIONAL
~Mix wet ingredients together then add dry.
~Pour batter into a prepared 9x13 baking pan.
~Bake at 350 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes.
~Remove from oven and cool before serving.Wife to DH
~ 15 years
