Well finally pulled up the totals for the wedding of the century that made my baby girl a happy bride on the 15th. It was DIY as much as possible but still ended up costing a lot more than I had hoped. I'm short about $2K in cash. I feel pretty stupid. At the end I felt like I was just throwing money at people. It will all be paid off by January, so it could be worse. Selling stuff on Craigslist to reduce the damage. I had bought plates, wineglasses, tablecloths, etc. Good thing the other two kids are boys!!
