I'm new to this site....and love my change jar. Every Dec. 26th I start out a new jar for the following year....

June '10 through Oct. '11- Lost 118 pounds.
Goal for 2012 is to loose my remaining 12 pounds by Christmas!

Count me in. My son moved to Boston so the funds in the change jar will go toward a vacation to visit him and see a bit of Maine at the same time.

I am in for this year. I think I will cash it in every 3 months though, because I need the money to help snowball debts!

I'm in! While I would like the change to go toward something fun, I think I'll be putting the totals (plan to deposit the totals June 29 and December 31) toward snowballing our payments to get rid of debt. I'll count what's in my piggy bank tonight and post my total tomorrow as a starting amount.
Every little bit helps!
June Goals:

~ Get Christmas gifts budgeted and figured out

~ Track/record spending daily = 7/9
~ No wasted food

DH just let me raid his catch all peanut can.... I found about $6.00 in there.... up to a total of $37.36 in my 3 jars!

ok this is what I have so far. I have been saving since March 2010 I have 611.00 dollars in quarters, 182.70 in dimes and 49.60 in nickles. for a grand total of 843.30 cents I add to them at the end of each month.
