    I started a jar up a few weeks ago. I'll post my totals when I get a chance to count it. I like the idea of multiple jars to separate the types of coins. I may use that.

    We started a change jar about 1 month ago for gas/spending money on our first vacation in 6 years coming up in May. We will start our jar over in May.Right now, we have $55 in there.

    I save only quarters and so far have $76.25 saved. The way pennies grow here I should start saving those too.

    We figured out what our change jar money will go to. We inherited a small boat in need of alot of repair from my bil when he passed away. It's just been sitting in the yard and we decided to fix it up and name it after him. First purchase is wheels for the trailer.

    Haven't put change in my jars in quite some time. Today I have added $6.75 in quarters, $3.85 in nickels and dimes, and 68 cents in pennies...

    Hello.
    I'm in. The change will go straight into the jar and once I cash it in I will put it toward misc. school supplies (notebooks, pens, folders, scantrons) so I don't have to ask my mother for as much when it comes time for the school year. (Until I get a job, hopefully VERY soon, she pays for me to exist.)
