How much do you spend on gas an electric per week or month?
How much is tv licence?
How much is a water bill?
How do you pay for these?
Im wondering because we are looking for a new house and ive no idea how much money we will need weekly to live off and once i go back to work if we would even be able to afford rent off a minimum wage?
When you find a house you're interested in, contact the utility companies and ask what the bills have been like for that property. That will give you some idea. But even then, it's hard to say because you might use more or less power, water, etc. than the people who lived there previously.
I don't know what a TV license is, but if you mean cable or satellite TV service, you should be able to easily find that out by calling the cable or satellite company or looking on their websites for rates. Those will vary based on packages you can select, but each package is usually a set price.
There is no way to answer the other questions because there are too many variables.
Like the others have said...............whatever we would answer wouldn't help you...........and you don't say in the avatar if you are in a cold area or not.
These things can be researched, and found out, before buying...........then you can budget.
