My grocery challenge is $300 this month
I had been doing really well on my groceries then, BAM, the prices started to climb. I am going to try to spend only $300 for my family this month. This includes all household products, everything for me, DH, DD#1 ( almost 21yrs.), DD#2 (18 years), and my ever growing 6 ft. 3in. 14 year old son. I really need to stop after work every Thursday at Aldi's which is 3 minutes from my job, also, I am going to start looking at deals at CVS pharmacy, and continue to go to the Dollar store. I haven't been shopping Walmart for awhile, so I am going to try to be more creative with my grocery budget.
taking one day at a time, trying to get rid of debt!!

i got some great deals at cvs today.
xmas paper - 75% off...90 ft of it......
i dont think we could do 300/mth to include all household stuff to include TP, papertowel, clnrs, etc...

i did start to buy dollar store dishwasher liquid and use that in the extra wash container along w/ the regular one filled w/ cascade or sunlight. works just fine and saves some $$$.
