    Cool Ds's socks

These started out being for me & I decided ds needed them (he was drooling over them) more than I did. His foot is only 1.5" smaller than mine

Isn't it neat when your kids love something you do? Very nice!

Oh they look great so warm and comfy, now you have to do another pair for you. I got 4 balls of sock yarn for $1 at a garage sale and that will be my next project though I haven't made socks since I was 12 and then mt DGM turned the heel

I love the yarn. What kind is it? I've been using the Essential Sock Yarn from Knit Picks and its great, but not fuzzy!

It's "Trekking XXL". I love it because it's a big enough skein to make a whole pair of socks and then some. I probably have enough leftover to make a pair for my younger son.

Knitpicks Essentials is nice. I used that to make my dd's knee socks and dh's dress socks.

Staying home doing nothing is a lot more fun if you don't have to do it.
