Default What did you make (finish) in 2008?

Since I'm a slow knitter, I did pretty well:

    17 pairs of socks.
    shrug for DD#1
    4 hats
    1 scarf

I guess you can tell I like knitting socks!

So, YankeeMom, go ahead and wow us with your tally!

Nothing. I just took up knitting again this year. I'm very impressed with your list.

it's not that impressive ... most of it is during 'waiting' time -- long car rides; bus rides; kids' lessons; tv watching (that's probably the most time).

When I have a new technique to learn, my project can sit for a long time until I have a chance for quiet knitting time.

    4 prs baby socks
    2 washcloths
    1 dishcloth
    3 dog sweaters (1 large, 2 small)
    10 hats
    6 prs Adult socks
    3 prs kids socks
    1 baby sweater
    2 Adult sweaters
    2 kid sweaters
    3 prs wristlets
    1 kitchen towel
    2 crocheted shopping bags
    1 lace shawl
    3 calorimetries (head wrap)
    3 scarves
    1 headband
    8 prs mittens

That's just going off my Ravelry list. There are a few small things (catnip mice, baby hats/ booties, cup cozies, socks, as gifts) that I just never got around to putting on there.

    Heather! Wow. That's amazing!
I crocheted scarves for my girls. That's it. I was proud that I fit it in, too. LOL

l8eebugg! You too! Wowza. Tell me about the ribbon/spool garland. Sounds really nice.

I am highly impressed. My list is not nearly as long.
I finished 2 crocheted baby afghans and some small sewing projects including valances, a knitting needle case, and crochet hook case.
I must say that I started much more than I finished.
This year will be year to finish project not start them.
I need to finish 2 crocheted afghans, 2 knitted scarves (I am very slow knitter), and some sew projects including a tote bag (all cut out and ready to be sewn) and maybe my bedroom curtains.
There are so many items that I want to make, but I need to finish before I can start new ones.

    - 13 pairs of socks
    - 7 hats
    - 7 pairs of mittens
    - 6 pairs of fingerless gloves
    - 5 scarves
    - 9 amigurumi style crotcheted animals
    - 4 bags

    - one baby blanket
    - one vest/tunic
    - 2 cardigans ( one adult size and one for a baby)
