Knit-wits
I took the girls from my school to Little Rock to Ark. Children's Hospital yesterday. We've been calling ourselves the "knitwits." These girls are "at-risk" and have been coming in at lunch and recess to knit hats for the children at ACH. We delivered them and toured Ronald McDonald House.
It was a great trip. It rained the whole time, but that didn't dampen our spirits one bit. They were so impressed with Ronald McDonald House that they decided to hold a drive to collect soap/shampoo to send there.Wife to Kevin: 20 years

First of all, thank you for taking the time to spend with those girls. So many of our kids now days don't have someone to just spend time with them. What a special thing that you and your girls did! I know it meant alot to those who will be getting those knit caps....and kudos to the girls for wanting to continue their good will toward the Ronald McDonald house with gathering soaps and shampoos....

I love it when someone shows they care. I know the girls are learning alot of life lessons.
