That's beautiful! Wouldn't it be pretty in a light blue too or pink?

My mother made one block of this for me so she could help talk me through it. Unfortunately...she got here two hours late, so we didn't get to work on it at all. NExt time, I guess....

Anyway, she said that the pattern doesn't have enouh stitches that go down the the bottom of each flake point, and she had to add them to give it more definition and make it look like an actual snowflake. Just a heads up if that makes sense to anyone. (The picture shows the dark blue going far down between the points, but the directions don't work up that way.)

Yeah, my mother said the pattern was wrong...but she did get it to work. It will probably take me five years to make this once I figure it out!

Has anyone written the company to tell them that the pattern is wrong? Maybe they should fix it so that others can make it. I would hate to buy all the materials for this and then find out the pattern doesn't work, how frustrating!

Well, I don't think ither my mother or I has enough crochet know-how to really be sure the pattern is truly wrong, so I wouldn't want to say anything to whoever made the pattern....

I hope there isn't a problem with the pattern.

I just thought it was so pretty that I posted it, but I don't crochet, so I couldn't test it out first lol

Michelle, I didn't try it myself, and as I said, I'm not expert enough to really tell. If there IS something wrong with it 1)it was easy enough for my Mom to figure out and 2)it isn't your fault.

I am still going to try to make it because it is gorgous- thanks for postung it.
