Thumbs up Eventually, I'll do one of these

I've always wanted one of these.    This is such a pretty pattern.  I'd love it in a cream color.

This is so pretty. I'd love it in an ivory or white. I'm always needing a shawl when I need to dress up for weddings and such.

My BIL is getting married in Aug next year and I am thinking of making one for his fiancee. She loves my crocheted stuff and is always appreciative when I give her a handmade gift.

I'm about to finish a couple of shawls that are a little more substantial than that, but that is really light and pretty looking. Is it made from a ribbon yarn? I've heard those make up gorgeous, silky shawls.
