    Wow! That would take me a long time, how long does it take you to do one like this? I need lots more practice at it. But i have enjoyed the things i have done.

    I can have it done by Christmas, I am making the smaller one. I do chrocet pretty fast, how about the rest of you...do you crochet fast?

    Robin, just learning I don't crochet fast. I do about 2 rows a day on my afghan. Its finding the time to do it that gets me.

    I have been doing some crochet for around 10 years or more now. But i am not at all fast at it. I hope to one day get better and better at it, so that I can crochet quickly. I just know she'll love her afghan!!

    I have been crocheting since i was about 12 I think, so through the years I have learned to follow just about any pattern.

    I went to Walmart and got the yarn. I got a dark red (cherry), Black, grey (heather) and soft white. I started it in the car, but i was waiting for an appointment at my son's school and didn't get the first row.

    I like the colors, her favorites are black ad red. She is going to love the colors.
