Default How do you hold your crochet hook?

I have tried holding my crochet hook differently and can't. I kinda hold mine sorta like a pencil, but not really.

I'm also curious how you feed your yarn. I do that kinda in a bizarre way too. lol

Hold my hook~Pick up hook with right hand, hook to the left, make fist & thumb resting on hook.LOL It's the Neanderthal way.

Feed~wrap around left pinky and over pointer finger.

I hold my hook in my right hand like a knife, yarn feed is over my left index finger, but I control the tension with the rest of my fingers curled around it in my left palm.
