Couple of projects I finished.
The first one is a rug for my bathroom. It is long and skinny so it will fit in front of the sink. I only have 17" between the front of the sink and the tub. http://www.frugalvillage.com/photopo....php?photo=742
The next one is a childs afghan or a lapghan. It is done in Red Heart Mexicana, really bright. The picture is blurry cuz I'm having problems with my camera. http://www.frugalvillage.com/photopo....php?photo=743
I have another childs afghan or lapghan started that I should finish tonight. Then I'll go back to making the rest of my rugs for the bathroom. I just picked up some longer hooks so hopefully it will be easier on my hands.

Very nice Dee. I love the afghan.
How on earth do you crochet so fast?

I don't know CJ? Maybe because I have been doing it for years and this is a pattern I have used many times in the past. I just sit in front of the TV and crochet away.Originally posted by homesteadmamma

This isn't very big, I haven't measured it, but maybe 30"x40". I did it with a K hook, 100 stitches x 120 rows I think.~~ Dee ~~

Those are great. Did you use a cotton type yarn for the bathroom rug one?
I was impressed.

Nope Margery, just plain ole Red Heart Super Saver 4 ply. I used 2 strands held together. They wash and dry beautifully.Originally posted by canadian gardener

I finished the other childs afghan and I'm almost done with the contour rug for the bathroom. I just have to do a couple of rows of trim. Then one more rug to make for in front of the door.~~ Dee ~~
