Question What are you paying for your wool?

I purchased Red Yarn "sayelle" wool today for $3.00 for 100 gr. Regular price is $4.79 per 100 gr

Just curious as to what you are paying for yours?

    I think it's 2.77 at walmart for red heart 8 oz/225 g
I'll have to doublecheck on that price though.

**edited to add** I just checked my receipt and it's $2.17 at walmart.

this week it was 1.99 at Hobby lobby (red heart super saver), I usually pay 2.77 for an 8 oz ( i think) at walmart, or 3.99 for a pound of yarn there. (i used 2 lbs to make my dh's sweater ) And I can get a small skein for .88 sometimes there if i remember to look. Sometimes Walmart has a 1.97 skein of yarn, i don't remember the brand name.
